For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Site” includes any third-party branded website hosted by Alan Dinnie or paid for or approved by him (the “Third-Party Sites”). (Either by human/system error or malicious activity) We will make all reasonable efforts to confirm the breach, contain the breach, assess risks and impact, and then report the breach to affected individuals and relevant governing authorities (if appropriate). We will communicate what was compromised, when, our analysis of how it was compromised, the impact ,and any steps we have taken to mitigate this in the future.

What is Alan Dinnie’s policy in international privacy?

Alan Dinnie is primarily operated and managed on servers located and operated within Australia. In order to provide our products and services to you, we may send and store your Personal Data outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to Australia. Accordingly, if you reside or are located outside of Australia, your Personal Data may be transferred outside of the country where you reside or are located, including countries that may not or do not provide the same level of protection for your Personal Data.
